### Express Written Consent Requirement
By opting into our SMS program, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from Your Online Oasis at the mobile number you provided. This consent is not a condition of purchase.
**What You're Agreeing To:**
* You will receive promotional messages, special offers, wellness updates, event notifications, and service announcements
* Messages will be sent using an automated system
* You authorize us to send these messages to the mobile number you provided
* Consent is not required to purchase any goods or services from Your Online Oasis
### Message Frequency & Timing
**Frequency:** You may receive up to 3 messages per week. Message frequency may vary based on your activity and engagement.
**Quiet Hours Compliance:** In compliance with TCPA regulations, we will only send messages between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone. We will not send messages outside these hours unless you have explicitly requested time-sensitive information.

### Message and Data Rates
**Cost Disclosure:** Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Standard text messaging rates from your carrier will apply to each message sent and received. Your Online Oasis does not charge for messages, but your carrier may. Please check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including:

Availability may vary by carrier. We are not responsible for carrier limitations or restrictions.
### Double Opt-In Verification
In accordance with CTIA best practices, after you provide your phone number and consent:
1. You will receive an initial confirmation message
2. You may be asked to confirm your subscription by replying **YES** or **Y**
3. Once confirmed, you will receive a welcome message outlining the program details
This double opt-in process ensures your number is correct and confirms your consent.
### National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry
If you are registered on the National Do Not Call Registry, your express written consent to receive messages from Your Online Oasis overrides your DNC registration for our messages only. You may still opt out at any time using the methods described above.
### SMS Data Collection, Use & Sharing

### Prohibited Content & Compliance

* Adult content or offensive material
* SHAFT (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco) content prohibited by CTIA
* Phishing attempts or malicious links
* Excessive or abusive messaging
### Carrier Liability & Technical Limitations
**Limitations:**
* We are not responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network congestion, or technical problems
* Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
* Messages may not be delivered if you are roaming, have insufficient storage, or have disabled SMS services
* Not all carriers support all features (e.g., shortened links may not work on all devices)
**No Guarantee:** While we strive for reliable delivery, we do not guarantee that messages will be delivered in a timely manner or at all.
### Record Keeping & Consent Documentation
We maintain detailed records of:
* Your consent to receive messages (minimum 4 years as required by TCPA)
* Opt-in date, time, and method
* Message history and delivery status
* Opt-out requests and processing
You may request copies of your consent records by contacting us.
### Modifications to SMS Program
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time, including:
* Changing message frequency
* Updating program terms
* Adding or removing features
* Terminating the program entirely

### TCPA Violations & Penalties
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) imposes strict penalties for violations:
* **Per-Message Fines:** $500 to $1,500 per violation (each non-compliant message counts as a separate violation)
* **No Cap on Damages:** There is no maximum limit on total fines
* **Class Action Risk:** Violations can result in class-action lawsuits with millions of dollars in damages
* **Willful Violations:** Knowing violations can result in treble damages (3x the normal penalty)
### Your Responsibilities
By participating in our SMS program, you agree to:
* Provide accurate phone number information
* Ensure you are authorized to use the phone number provided
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Not register numbers you do not own or control
* Update your information if your phone number changes
* Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
### Our Compliance Commitments
Your Online Oasis commits to:
* Obtaining express written consent before sending marketing messages
* Honoring all opt-out requests immediately (within 24 hours maximum)
* Maintaining detailed consent records for at least 4 years
